·    The College has a Grievance Redressal Cell to deal with the concerns of all staff, students and parents.  The committee comprises a convener and 3 senior staff members who are involved in addressing complaints. The committee works in close association with the principal of the college.

·    The Committee has been formed to look into the nature of the complaints, their causes, their occurrence, effectiveness of the remedies to the student’s complaints and suggest policy change when and where needed to avoid such future grievances.

·    A Complaint/Suggestion box is placed in front of Principal’s chamber. complaints are resolved by Grievance Redressal Cell. The committee judiciously and promptly has dealt with the related complaints. There is also online mechanism to  submit grievances in website .Students can directly login and register their complaints . So far there has not been any such case reported regarding ragging and harassment.
