Introduction

The national Assessment and accreditation advocated the establishment of Internal Quality Assurance cell (IQAC) for quality enhancement and sustenance. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic programm edaction to improve the overall performance of the  institution.

In this institution, IQAC was established in the year 2016 however became active from 2018.

Functions of IQAC

·        IQAC works towards achieving  the goal of improving overall quality of institution. The teaching-learning and other activities aimed at all-round development of students are monitored by IQAC which suggests better methodologies for academic growth and research enhancement of the institution.

·        IQAC monitors the functioning of teaching department and other bodies/committees that effectively document all activities and programmes organized by the institution.

·        It reviews the feedback obtained from students and suggests necessary action.

·        It overses developmental activities to improve the academic performance of the institution.

·        It encourages the departments to organize in house faculty Upgradation Programmes.

·       The IQAC of the institution has two  external members who significantly contributed to the development of the institution by giving valuable suggestions and information on various quality parameters during the meetings of IQAC.
